Our telecommunications system is quite advanced. Our main number is answered 94% of the time by a caring receptionist within 5 rings. After hours, you are given the option to press a button in emergency and your call is automatically routed to the on-call doctor’s cell phone. No answering service delays! In the event of a non-emergency after hours call, you are invited to leave voice mail in any of the appropriate department voice mailboxes.

Our spam filter is very aggressive. Please type “PrimeCare” in the subject line along with your name to avoid long delays in receipt of your email. The spam folder receives hundreds of junk emails daily and yours might be overlooked.
Assume that everything placed in an email can be read by the outside world. Do not put anything in an email that you wouldn’t want your mother, a child, or your pastor to read. Do not use emails for prescription requests or for time-sensitive communications. The phone system is much better suited for this.
